When you use NUUM to analyze outfits:

Outfit Photos: Photos you upload or capture are temporarily processed by our AI system
Storage: If you create an account, photos are stored securely in the cloud (Firebase Storage)
Guest Mode: Without an account, photos are stored locally on your device only
Deletion: You can delete any photo or analysis at any time

1.2 Account Information

If you create an account:

Email Address: Used for authentication and account recovery
Profile Data: Optional display name and preferences
Authentication: Managed securely through Firebase Authentication

1.3 Usage Data

Analysis History: Saved outfit analyses with ratings and feedback
Preferences: Language selection, theme preferences
Subscription Status: Whether you're using free or Pro tier
Device Information: Device ID for managing free daily tries (stored locally)

1.4 Automatically Collected Information

App Usage: Features used, screens visited (anonymized)
Crash Reports: Technical data to improve app stability
Device Type: iPhone or iPad model for optimization

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Core Functionality

AI Analysis: Process photos through our AI system (OpenAI GPT-4 Vision) to provide fashion feedback

Track Usage: Manage free daily tries and subscription benefits

2.2 Communication

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 OpenAI (GPT-4 Vision)

Purpose: AI-powered outfit analysis
Data Shared: Outfit photos are sent to OpenAI for analysis
Privacy: OpenAI processes images according to their privacy policy
Retention: OpenAI does not retain images used for analysis

View Data: Access all your stored analyses in the Account tab
Delete Analyses: Remove individual outfit analyses anytime
Delete Account: Permanently delete your account and all data (Settings → Delete Account)
Export Data: Request a copy of your data (contact support)

5.2 Privacy Preferences

Guest Mode: Use the app without creating an account (data stored locally only)
Cloud Sync: Optional - only if you create an account
Photo Permissions: You control camera and photo library access

5.3 Marketing Communications

Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from optional communications anytime
Essential Emails: We may still send account-related notifications (password reset, etc.)

6. Children's Privacy

Age Requirement: NUUM is not intended for children under 13
Parental Consent: Users under 18 should have parental consent
Data Protection: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13
Removal: If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately
