Getting Started
How do I analyze an outfit?
1. Tap "Pick Photo" to select from your library, or "Take Photo" to use your camera
2. Select or capture a photo of your outfit
3. Tap the "Analyze" button
4. Wait a few seconds for AI analysis
5. View your results with rating, pros, cons, and styling tips!
How many free analyses do I get?
You get 3 free outfit analyses every day. The counter resets at midnight in your timezone. For unlimited analyses, upgrade to NUUM Pro!
Account & Subscriptions
Do I need an account?
No! You can use NUUM without creating an account (guest mode). However, creating an account lets you sync your outfit history across devices.
How do I upgrade to NUUM Pro?
1. Tap the Pro badge in the Account tab
2. Choose Monthly or Yearly subscription
3. Complete purchase through App Store
4. Enjoy unlimited outfit analyses!
How do I restore my purchases?
If you purchased NUUM Pro on another device:
1. Open the subscription screen
2. Tap "Restore Purchases"
3. Wait a few seconds
4. Your Pro access will be restored!
How do I cancel my subscription?
1. Open iOS Settings
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find NUUM and tap it
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Note: You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Features & Usage
What languages does NUUM support?
NUUM is available in English, Ukrainian, and French. Change language in iOS Settings → NUUM.
Can I delete my outfit history?
Yes! In the Account tab, swipe left on any analysis to delete it. You can also delete your entire account in Settings.
Is my data private?
Yes! Your photos are processed securely. If you don't create an account, everything stays on your device. With an account, data is encrypted and stored securely. See our
Privacy Policy for details.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
NUUM uses advanced AI (GPT-4 Vision) to analyze outfits based on color theory, fit, style coherence, and fashion principles. While very accurate, remember that fashion is subjective - use the advice as helpful guidance!
Troubleshooting
The app isn't responding / is slow
Try these steps:
1. Close and reopen the app
2. Check your internet connection
3. Restart your device
4. Update to the latest version from App Store
5. If problem persists, contact support
Analysis is stuck at "Analyzing..."
This usually means poor internet connection. Check your WiFi or cellular data and try again. If it continues, contact support.
I can't restore my Pro subscription
Make sure:
• You're signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase
• Your subscription is still active (check Settings → Subscriptions)
• You have internet connection
• Try tapping "Restore Purchases" again

Privacy & Data
How do I delete my account?
1. Open NUUM
2. Go to Settings tab
3. Scroll to bottom
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Confirm deletion
Warning: This permanently deletes all your data and cannot be undone.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Email us at
alisasadkovska@gmail.com with your account email, and we'll send you an export of your data within 48 hours.
